1. HOW DO I BOOK MY TRIP?

Yes, it is possible to book your ticket on the website www.keolis-armor.com , tab “Book your ticket

Online booking guarantees you a seat on board (only at the scheduled time and from the departure stop indicated in your reservation). 

However, our service are subject to seat availability.

You may be asked to provide proof of eligibility if you purchased a reduced-fare ticket (under 26 years old or under 4 years old). Anyone holding a reduced-fare ticket who cannot present valid proof may be refused boarding.

2. will there be seats available on board?

Keolis Armor has high-capacity vehicles and adjusts to passenger demand. 

However, please remember that service is subject to seat availability. To be guaranteed a place on board, please think about booking your tickets on our website in advance.

3. Where can I buy my ticket?

  • Online, on our website www.keolis-armor.com , tab “Book your ticket
  • In Rennes : at the Rennes bus station counter, called « Espace Korrigo » regarding opening hours.
  • At the Tourist Offices of Saint-Malo (located esplanade Saint-Vincent), Cancale, Combourg, and Dol-de-Bretagne, during opening hours.

We remind you that booking your ticket online is the only way to guarantee a seat on board. 

It won’t be possible to buy a ticket onboard.

4. Can I change my ticket?

The tickets can be changed up to 24h before your departure.

A modification link is included in your order confirmation email. By clicking on this link, you can change the date of your trip (the route cannot be changed).

To change a ticket purchased at the Rennes Train station or at a Tourism Office, please contact Customer Service, Monday to Friday, by email at montsaintmichel@keolis.com. 

After 24 hours, it will no longer be possible to modify the ticket.

Any ticket modification incurs a fee of €2.50 per modified ticket.

When modififying a ticket, the original fare conditions are no longer guaranted. The price may have increased due to high demand and/or late purchase. The user will then have to pay the fare diffrerence to benefit from the current price.

5. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY TICKET?

 

6. CAN I depart from saint-malo, SPEND THE DAY AT MONT SAINT-MICHEL, AND THEN ARRIVE IN RENNES OR VISE VERSA?

Thanks to the « combined ticket » it is possible to travel on both of our lines, for the price of a round trip (from 25€). 

Example 1: On the same day, you can take the bus Rennes > Mont Saint-Michel, spend the day at Mont Saint-Michel, and then take the car Mont Saint-Michel > Saint-Malo. 

Example 2: On the same day, you can take the bus Saint-Malo > Mont Saint-Michel, spend the day at Mont Saint-Michel and then take the car Mont Saint-Michel > Rennes. 

Please, check the circulation days of your line. 

7. In Saint-Malo, where can I catch the bus? 

In Saint-Malo, it is possible to take the bus in three different bus stops. 

  • « Esplanade Saint Vincent » bus stop located in front of the « Porte de Saint Vincent » near the taxis
  • Saint Malo bus stop called « Gare routière », address: Quai F, 10 Avenue Anita Conti, 35400 Saint-Malo
  • Bus stop « Auberge de jeunesse », address: 37 Avenue du Révérend Père Umbricht, 35400 Saint-Malo

8. Will I have enough time at Mont Saint-Michel to visit the entire site?

Throughout the years, we have adapted our schedules, depending on the feedback from the Mont Saint-Michel visitors. The average visiting time in the Mont Saint-Michel is less than 4 hours. Do not worry, you will have enough time to see this Wonder. 

9. MAY I TRAVEL WITH MY LUGGAGE?

All our vehicles are equipped with compartments to accommodate your bags. However, for security reasons (implementation of the Vigipirate plan), it is not possible to keep your luggage on the coach during your visit. The Tourist Information Center (located at Place des Navettes at Mont Saint-Michel) can inform you where to leave your luggage.

10. Can I travel with my pet? 

Small pets are tolerated if they are carried on the knees, in a closed basket, and do not soil or inconvenience other travelers. This rule does not applied to guide dogs and service dogs, therefore, they are accepted on board. In the event of damage or injury, the animal owner is liable.

11. Can I travel with my BICYCLE?

Only folding bikes placed inside a 0,80m x 0,80 x 0,45m protective cover are allowed on the luggage compartment. Otherwise, bikes are not allowed on board. 

12. How long does the trip take?

The trip Saint-Malo > Mont Saint-Michel takes about 1h15

The trip Rennes > Mont Saint-Michel takes about 1h15

13. Is the trip accessible for wheelchair users ?

Yes, but only one seat per vehicle, subject to availabality of seat and vehicle. Please book 72h before your trip by email (montsaintmichel@keolis.com) or phone (+33 2 99 26 196 00). 

14. Do the vehicles have toilets ? 

No, our vehicles are not equiped with toilets.
