1. Can I book my trip in advance?

Yes, since July, 6th 2022 it is possible to book your ticket on the website www.keolis-armor.com , tab “Book your ticket

Online booking guarantee you a place on board, only for the departure time and bus stop location as indicated on your ticket. 

However, we remind you that the trip is subject to seat availability.

A document proving your eligibility can be asked if you purchased a reduced fare ticket (under 26 or under 4). In case of the inability to show a proof document, the passenger can be denied boarding.

2. Do the buses have enough room on board?

Keolis Armor has large-capacity vehicles and adapts itself to passenger numbers. 

However, we remind you that the trip is subject to seat availability. To be guaranteed a place on board, please think about booking your tickets on our website.

3. Where can I buy my ticket?

  • Online, on our website www.keolis-armor.com , tab “Book your ticket
  • In Rennes : at the Rennes bus station counter, called « Espace Korrigo ». When this counter is closed, it is possible to buy your tickets on board with the bus driver.
  • At the Mont Saint-Michel : directly on board with the bus driver.
  • In Saint-Malo : directly on board with the bus driver.

We remind you that booking your ticket online is the only way to guarantee a seat on board. 

4. Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

The ticket can be changed up to 72h before your departure. To proceed, we invite you to send an email at Keolis Armor on the address montsaintmichel@keolis.com precising your contact details (name, surname, email address used for the booking), the initial date of the trip and the new one wanted. After 72h, it won't be possible to change tickets anymore (including tickets bought less than 3 days before the trip)

Tickets are non refundable (apart from an incapacity of the transporter to execute the service). 

Remember to check your order carefully before purchasing!

For any request, customer service is open from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. 

5. In Rennes, where is the bus station located?

The Rennes bus station is located on the East exit of the train station, on the floors 0 and -1, next to the « Espace KorriGo ».

6. Is it possible to start my trip at Saint-Malo, spend the day at Mont Saint-Michel, and go to Rennes, or the other way around? 

Thanks to the « combined ticket » it is possible to travel on both of our lines, for the price of a round trip (25€). 

Example 1: On the same day, you can take the bus Rennes > Mont Saint-Michel, spend the day at Mont Saint-Michel, and then take the car Mont Saint-Michel > Saint-Malo. 

Example 2: On the same day, you can take the bus Saint-Malo > Mont Saint-Michel, spend the day at Mont Saint-Michel and then take the car Mont Saint-Michel > Rennes. 

Please, check the circulation days of your line. 

7. I would like to spend a few days at Mont Saint-Michel. Will my round-trip ticket, or combined ticket, be still valid for the return trip?


Yes, it is not mandatory to use the return ticket on the same day as the way to go. You just must show the bus driver the ticket. 

Please, check the circulation days of your line. 

Example: You can leave on a Monday and go back on a Wednesday

 

8. In Saint-Malo, where can I take the bus? 


In Saint-Malo, it is possible to take the bus in three different bus stops. 

  • « Esplanade Saint Vincent » bus stop located in front of the « Porte de Saint Vincent » near the taxis
  • Saint Malo bus stop called « Gare routière », address: Quai F, 10 Avenue Anita Conti, 35400 Saint-Malo
  • Bus stop « Auberge de jeunesse », address: 37 Avenue du Révérend Père Umbricht, 35400 Saint-Malo

9. Will I have enough time at Mont Saint-Michel to visit the whole site?


Throughout the years, we have adapted our schedules, depending on the feedback from the Mont Saint-Michel visitors. The average visiting time in the Mont Saint-Michel is about 4 hours. Do not worry, you will have enough time to see this Wonder. 

10. Is it possible to take my luggage on board?

All vehicles have a baggage compartment. 

11. Is it possible to leave my luggage onboard during my time in Mont Saint-Michel? 

Due to security concerns (Vigipirate plan), we cannot keep your luggage on board during your visit. The Information Tourist Center (located at « Place des navettes/ the shuttle square ») will let you know where to store your luggage. 

12. Can I travel with my pet? 

Small pets are tolerated if they are carried on the knees, in a closed basket, and do not soil or inconvenience other travelers. This rule does not applied to guide dogs and service dogs, therefore, they are accepted on board. In the event of damage or injury, the animal owner is liable.

13. Can I travel with my bike?

Only folding bikes placed inside a 0,80m x 0,80 x 0,45m protective cover are allowed on the luggage compartment. Otherwise, bikes are not allowed on board. 

14. How long does the trip take?

The trip Saint-Malo > Mont Saint-Michel takes about 1h20

The trip Rennes > Mont Saint-Michel takes about 1h10

15. Is the trip accessible for wheelchair users ?

Yes, but only one seat per vehicle, subject to availabality of seat and vehicle. Please book 72h before your trip by email (montsaintmichel@keolis.com) or phone (+33 2 99 26 196 00).
